Council Practice

A space for authentic connection, deep listening, and shared human experience.

While much of my work focuses on lucid dreaming and inner exploration, Council is a different kind of practice — one that brings awareness into relationship, communication, and presence with others.

What is Way of Council?

A Practice of Heart-Centered Sharing and Deep Listening

I still remember my first Council session in England—what struck me most was the deep sense of connection I felt. Rob, our facilitator, didn’t give teachings or advice. We simply sat in a circle and shared. But it wasn’t just storytelling—it was how we shared that made it so powerful.

In Council, we spoke and listened from the heart. There were no interruptions, no advice-giving, and no judgments. Each person had the space to share authentically, without fear of criticism or the need to perform. The circle held space for everyone’s voice, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. This was different from casual conversations or even structured discussions. It felt sacred—an opportunity to express not just words, but deeper truths, emotions, and experiences that often remain unspoken. Hearts opened, and I realized we are all equally human—sharing similar pains and joys, deeply interconnected.

Though we didn’t speak about spirituality, it was a profoundly moving experience. I felt that this kind of connection could lead to healing and a more peaceful world.

I now hold Council circles regularly in Budapest and wherever I am called to facilitate. If you’re curious about joining a Council Circle—or even bringing it into your community, team, or retreat—reach out. I offer both in-person and online facilitation.

(Note: Council is not connected to lucid dreaming.)

Council explained

Council is a compassionate and intentional method of communication that fosters authentic connection. Participants sit in a circle, sharing stories and listening deeply in a safe, accepting space where every voice matters.

Council is different from everyday conversation—it invites a deeper presence. Council encourages speaking spontaneously from the heart, being concise, and expressing with authenticity. At the same time, participants practice mindful, non-judgmental listening—focusing fully on the speaker without offering advice or interruptions.

Through Council, participants gain tools to communicate with greater clarity and compassion while experiencing the transformative power of being truly heard. This practice nurtures empathy, trust, and self-awareness, teaching skills that ripple into daily life.

Many participants describe Council as “coming home” to a sense of belonging and deeper connection with themselves and others. The process awakens the sacredness of life, deepens trust, and reminds us of our shared humanity.

Rooted in the traditions of indigenous cultures, Council is both ancient and modern. By ensuring every voice is heard and every story shared, it creates space for transformation, healing, and unity—whether in personal relationships, communities, or professional environments.
