Seeking love, success, and purpose is universal, yet we frequently find ourselves ensnared by negative emotions or unwelcome circumstances. So, how do we liberate ourselves from these constraints and establish profound connections with both ourselves and others?

Psychological Background
My voyage into the realms of the mind and consciousness ignited in 2009 when I pledged a year of unwavering honesty in all interactions, regardless of consequences. This transformative year unveiled unique insights into our automatic, often irrational reactions. Throughout my life, I’ve faced challenges with anxiety and ADHD but have learned to manage them more effectively. This course includes some of the strategies and insights that have aided me in this process. By sharing my personal understanding, I aim to help others navigate similar challenges and empower you to use them as tools for growth and self-discovery.
The Hidden Self
Within us resides the concealed self—an ego rooted in survival instincts. While these instincts once safeguarded us, our evolution into intellectual beings has rendered this survival mode more of a hindrance than a help.
Moving Beyond Survival
The transition from mere survival to genuine flourishing often escapes the subconscious. These latent reactions frequently lead to challenges and clashes.
In this course, we’ll delve into how to surpass these constraints and flourish in our intricate world.

I’ve spent the last 15 years asking one core question:
Why do we think, feel, and act the way we do—especially when we don’t want to?
This course is built from years of exploring that question—through psychology, neuroscience, Buddhist practice, and a lot of honest self-reflection. I’ve taught in classrooms, coached one-on-one, and led circles where people speak from the heart. My aim is always the same: to help others understand what’s going on inside, and find a more compassionate, grounded way forward.
**I come to this not just as a teacher, but as someone who’s wrestled with the same patterns—**procrastination, emotional spirals, overthinking—and who found ways to shift, slowly and practically. You won’t find hype or quick fixes here. But you will find insight, structure, and a quiet confidence in your own ability to change.
This course is the distillation of a lifetime of learning—through psychology, spiritual practice, and the raw edges of personal struggle. Together, we’ll walk a path toward clarity, balance, and a life authored by you.
Even though being a psychiatrist and psychotherapist I learned new, enlightening ideas, and some useful practice for working with my clients and on my own challenges. The course is in sync with my efforts to help people learn how to have a better connection with themselves and with others. Definitely recommended!
András JokánIt is difficult to put into words what I think about it. For me, the material was very positive. I`d like to begin with your voice...it put me in such a calm state, in which I managed to shut out all outside noise. I found the things you have said very interesting and I feel that I must listen to it again. Thank you very much for sharing it with me.
Anett N.I really enjoyed this course. The instructor presents abstract material supported by scientific evidence. I have worked in mental health and addictions for 12 years and now have a private practice. I will add this approach to my arsenal of strategies and therapies to provide clients with yet another set of tools to recovery.

“Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. It’s about knowing what is on your mind.”
Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
My favorite meditation is about simply focusing on being present and letting our thoughts arise and pass. We can use tools to help our focus, for example following our breath with our attention. If we don`t pay attention to our thoughts, sooner or later we will find ourselves in a blissful state of presence. In that state we no longer identify with our ego.
