A structured space to deepen your lucid dreaming practice — and to enter the deeper intelligence of your psyche in community.
Lucid dreaming is not just a technique. And dreamwork is more than interpretation.
It is a relationship — with the unconscious, with awareness itself, and with parts of yourself that only speak at night.
We meet consistently. We refine the craft. We reflect on lived experience. We allow insight to become embodied change.
Guided Dreamwork in a Reflective Circle
There are dreams that linger. Dreams that disturb. Dreams that inspire. And those that feel unfinished.
Dream Council is a structured way of meeting them — and the impact does not remain inside the dream.
The atmosphere is grounded and psychologically aware, yet attentive to the subtle intelligence of symbols, emotion, and imagery.
As you begin working with your dreams in this way, changes often appear in waking life:
• Clearer self-understanding.
• Stronger boundaries.
• More honest communication — with yourself and with others.
• You learn to stay present with emotion instead of bypassing it.
• You practice authentic expression.
• You strengthen relationships through deeper listening — without projecting advice or trying to fix.
We work with real dreams shared by members — respectfully and without forcing meaning. This approach draws from:
• Contemporary dream therapy practice (inspired by Dr. Leslie Ellis)
• Way of Council — a circle-based listening method rooted in ancient traditions, where participants speak from lived experience and listen without analyzing or correcting
• My 16+ years of lucid dreaming, dream-work, and facilitation
This is not therapy. But it is often deeply therapeutic.
”Through this work, I was able to stay present during a difficult argument with my husband — something I normally avoid or escalate. Instead of shutting down or becoming reactive, I stayed connected to my emotions and expressed them calmly. It completely changed the tone of the conversation and helped us reach a real resolution.”
— Andrea
Each session includes:

Dreams are not puzzles to solve.
They are expressions of something within you seeking relationship.

A Practice of Heart-Centered Sharing and Deep Listening
I still remember my first Council session in England—what struck me most was the deep sense of connection I felt. Rob, our facilitator, didn’t give teachings or advice. We simply sat in a circle and shared. But it wasn’t just storytelling—it was how we shared that made it so powerful.
In Council, we spoke and listened from the heart. There were no interruptions, no advice-giving, and no judgments. Each person had the space to share authentically, without fear of criticism or the need to perform. The circle held space for everyone’s voice, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. This was different from casual conversations or even structured discussions. It felt sacred—an opportunity to express not just words, but deeper truths, emotions, and experiences that often remain unspoken. Hearts opened, and I realized we are all equally human—sharing similar pains and joys, deeply interconnected.
Though we didn’t speak about spirituality, it was a profoundly moving experience. I felt that this kind of connection could lead to healing and a more peaceful world.
I now hold Council circles regularly in Budapest and wherever I am called to facilitate. If you’re curious about joining a Council Circle—or even bringing it into your community, team, or retreat—reach out. I offer both in-person and online facilitation.
(Note: Council is not connected to lucid dreaming.)
What is Council?
Council is a compassionate and intentional method of communication that fosters authentic connection. Participants sit in a circle, sharing stories and listening deeply in a safe, accepting space where every voice matters.
Council is different from everyday conversation—it invites a deeper presence. Council encourages speaking spontaneously from the heart, being concise, and expressing with authenticity. At the same time, participants practice mindful, non-judgmental listening—focusing fully on the speaker without offering advice or interruptions.
Through Council, participants gain tools to communicate with greater clarity and compassion while experiencing the transformative power of being truly heard. This practice nurtures empathy, trust, and self-awareness, teaching skills that ripple into daily life.
Many participants describe Council as “coming home” to a sense of belonging and deeper connection with themselves and others. The process awakens the sacredness of life, deepens trust, and reminds us of our shared humanity.
Rooted in the traditions of indigenous cultures, Council is both ancient and modern. By ensuring every voice is heard and every story shared, it creates space for transformation, healing, and unity—whether in personal relationships, communities, or professional environments.
Community:
Builds mutual respect, shared leadership, and inclusivity, transforming groups into resilient, connected communities.

Business:
A natural fit for fostering effective communication, team cohesion, and collaboration.
Nature:
Council circles in natural settings enhance connection to the environment and promote ecological stewardship.
Prisons and Restorative Justice:
A transformative practice in prisons, aiding healing, empathy, and reconciliation.
Schools:
Promotes trust, respect, and understanding among students and teachers, improving school climate and communication.
