While much of my work explores awareness through dreams and inner states, Council brings that same awareness into how we relate, speak, and listen in waking life — with others, not just within ourselves.
I still remember my first Council session in England — what struck me most was the depth of connection in the room.
There was no teaching, no advice. We simply sat in a circle and shared.
But it wasn’t just what was said — it was how we listened.
No interruptions. No fixing. No performance.
Just people speaking honestly, and being fully received.
It felt different from everyday conversation. Something opened — not just in me, but in the space between us.
I realized how much we carry unspoken… and how powerful it is to finally give it a voice.
We didn’t talk about spirituality, but the experience itself felt deeply meaningful.
Hearts opened, and I realized we are all equally human — sharing similar pains and joys, deeply interconnected.
It left me with a simple insight: when people are truly heard, something begins to heal.
What happens in a Council circle
Many people are not used to being listened to without interruption, advice, or judgment.
We sit in a circle, sharing from our own experience and listening deeply to others.
One person speaks at a time, while the rest of the group listens — without interruption, advice, or judgment.
There is no pressure to speak. You can share as much or as little as feels right.
Sometimes the sharing is simple. Sometimes it becomes emotional or deeply personal.
Council is not therapy.
But something shifts when we are truly heard — and when we hear others.
Not by analyzing or fixing, but simply by being present.
I guide the space to ensure clarity, safety, and structure — drawing from years of guiding individuals and groups through deep inner and experiential work, including emotional and relational processes.
This allows the group to relax into the process — without needing to manage it themselves.
